The General Manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including food operations, maintaining a safe environment, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, & supervising employees.  This role is also responsible for store profitability, maintaining brand standards, executing marketing programs, expense control, inventory levels & shortage control and adheres to and enforces all company programs, policies and procedures. It is required to lead by positive example and demonstrate current ability and knowledge of all store functions, including all point-of-sale related equipment, reporting, food prep, cleaning, stocking and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in the management of the entire operation.  Responsible for day-to-day store operations, including food operations, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, & supervising employees.  The Assistant General Manager is also responsible for store profitability, maintaining brand standards, executing marketing programs, expense control, inventory levels & shortage control.  Having High Energy and being passionate about our customers will lead you to a successful career.

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the fresh food and beverage operation within the store, while providing superior customer service and maintaining brand standards.  This role is a dedicated resource within the store management team, responsible for executing Company programs and achieving financial results.   Having High Energy and being passionate about our customers and team members will lead you to the path of success.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Management Team. In this role you will have responsibility for day-to-day store operations during your assigned shifts.
