No. Spending is cumulative, so you do not have to spend $25 in one visit. Every time you shop at Spinx your purchase balance will count toward earning your next reward.

If you have more rewards than the price of gas you must pay at least 2¢ per gallon. Whatever rewards were not used will stay on the card and you can use them next time you fill up. Note that Spinx Xtras Rewards are valid for up to 20 gallons of gasoline and, for safety reasons, may only be used while fueling a single vehicle.

When attempting to login to your account from the mobile app or website there will be a button for “Forgot Password?” Click that and an automated email will be sent to your email address, guiding you through logging back into your account.

There may be an issue with your phone number being connected to multiple accounts. For security reasons, if multiple people register with the same phone number and attempt to use it as an Alt ID, it will not work. Please contact us at 864-233-5421 if this does not resolve your issue.

Yes, it’s simple and secure to enroll. Simple visit www.spinxxtras.com or easily enroll in the Spinx Mobile App.

You must have your card number linked to your account within the app to track your rewards, club offers, etc. Once you link your card, your rewards status will automatically update with every swipe or scan of your card.

If for some reason you did not receive your discount for purchasing items within our store or if the discount did not deduct from you fuel transaction, contact us at 864-233-5421 so we can add those missed rewards back to your account.

If you have completed the registration process and are not receiving emails or notifications, first check your email address in your profile. Navigate to Menu > Profile and verify your email address. You can also check to make sure you have opted in to receive emails and notifications in this same screen.

It works by attaching your bank account to your Spinx Xtras Card.

• This is done through the secure online enrollment page or through the app.
• Your Spinx Xtras Card will function like an electronic check, similar to a debit

• Each time you use your card, you will receive an email detailing the

• This is not a credit card. Enrolling does not affect your credit history.
• The requirements are a Spinx Xtras Card, a U.S. checking account, an active
• email address, your driver's license, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Yes! You can easily link your bank account to use Xtras Pay which will earn you an additional 5¢ off per gallon each time you use it!

When you login to the new app, your information should be recognized, and you will not need to re-enroll. If you have any problems, contact us at 864-233-5421 spinxxtras@spinxco.com.

For security purposes, you are unable to link more than one card to an account at one time.

You will need to contact Zipline’s customer service at 1-877-403-2222. Due to security reasons, Spinx cannot see and/or change any of the customer’s information.

You can go on spinxxtras@spinxco.com to enroll or you can do it within our app by clicking on the ACH payment option under your scannable bar code.

Absolutely! It’s safer and more secure than a credit card and works like your bank debit card.

Yes! We have account limits in place but if the customer would like to bump those limits
up, have the customer contact us at 864-233-5421.

You can check your rewards status a few different ways. The easiest method is to download the Spinx Xtras app from your phone’s app store and sign in or you can go to our website https://www.myspinx.com/xtras/register/ and sign in.

You will earn credit toward your $25 spent with most purchases. Unfortunately, purchases of fuels, cigarettes, other tobacco products (OTP), lottery, money orders, prepay cards and donations will not count. There will be occasional offers available for
tobacco products to our customers of legal age to purchase, but the money spent will not count toward the $25 spent.
