So there’s a new mobile app?

Yes, Spinx is launching a brand-new mobile app on April 6, 2021. It will be available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play.

IF I HAVE THE OLD APP, DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW ONE?

Nope. Your phone should automatically update your app to the new one. If it doesn’t, delete the app and re-download.

WHAT’S DIFFERENT WITH THE NEW APP?

The Spinx mobile app will have all the same features you already love. You can link your Spinx Xtras Card to earn and redeem fuel rewards. You can still use the app to pay at the pump or inside of the store.


The new app will ask you to create an account. This will help us better communicate with you and give you better, more personalized rewards! Through the new app you’ll receive exclusive offers and savings such as our Cluk Club and many more!

CAN I STILL PAY WITH THE APP?

Yes! You can easily link your bank account to use Xtras Pay which will earn you an additional 5¢ off per gallon each time you use it!

WHAT IF I AM ALREADY ENROLLED IN ACH PAYMENTS?

HOW DO I CHECK MY REWARDS BALANCE?

By clicking the “Spinx Xtras” button on the menu, you’ll be able to see your rewards and recent activity.

CAN I USE THE MOBILE APP AS A LOYALTY CARD WITHOUT PAYING WITH IT?

Absolutely. Just have the cashier scan your barcode so that you can earn rewards and then complete the transaction however you would like.

WHAT IF MY PHONE IS STOLEN?

The new app will require you to login with a username and password. This helps protect you and keep your information secure!
