We receive your email address for the purpose of sending you a receipt of your Spinx Xtras transaction. We also receive your email address in a list of daily transactions. The Spinx Company does not receive or collect any other personal information during your download or use of the Spinx Xtras App. If at a future time, we wish to collect and use personal information for marketing or other purposes, such as to provide and improve our products, services, content, and advertising, we will ask your permission to do so.

When you established your account with NPC, you provided to NPC certain personal information including such information regarding your identity and finances. Your submission of that information to NPC and the establishment and maintenance of your account is separate and distinct from the Spinx Xtras app. The Spinx Company does not have access to that information. Your submission of personal information to NPC is subject to and governed by your agreement with NPC and not these Terms of Use. Notwithstanding the foregoing, please remember you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your NPC Account, and for all activities that occur on or through your NPC Account.

 When you established your account with BI-LO via the Bonus Card fuelperks!, you provided BI-LO certain personal information including such information regarding your identity, name, address, phone number and email. Your submission of that information to BI-LO and the establishment and maintenance of your Account is separate and distinct from the Spinx Xtras app. The Spinx Company does not have access to that information. Your submission of personal information to BI-LO is subject to and governed by your agreement with Bi-Lo and not these Terms of Use. Consent to Collection and Use of Technical Data

You agree that The Spinx Company may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals—that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Spinx Xtras App. The Spinx Company may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.

This App uses Google Analytics to help analyze how users use the App. We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of visitors to our site. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source, unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may be required by law, litigation, or requests from public and governmental authorities to disclose the limited personal information we have about you. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

Modifications to Privacy Policy

The Spinx Company may update its Privacy Policy on occasion at its discretion. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on MySpinx.com website.
